We were so excited when Bridget and Matthew contacted us about being their Minneapolis Wedding Videographer for their Bearpath Country Club Wedding in Eden Prairie, Minnesota! They handcrafted the most unique and beautiful geek-filled fall wedding.

Bridget and Matt both chose to get ready at Bearpath Golf and Country Club in seperate suites. Both of their suites were full of happiness, and anticipation. Bridget and Mtthew both read letters to each other they had written which made for intimate and emotional moments.

The Weather

A surprise winter storm that day made for a memorable wedding. In Minnesota, weather can always be unpredictable, but the 2nd week of October winter storm is quite the surprise. I think Bridget and Matthew lost feeling in their fingers as we stepped outside for their emotional first look. But never the less, despite the freezing cold, Bridget and Matt genuinely laughed as they tried to keep each other warm, and the wedding party braved the cold and held the ceremony outdoors!

The ceremony was personal and meaningful. It included a dungeon master as one of the officiants, rolling for initiative, a handfasting ceremony, and much more. Bridget and Matt exchanged the sweetest vows that told the story of the two of them and their love as they promised forever to each other.

The Reception

Shortly after the ceremony, the reception hall was transformed into an enchanted forest full of the best geeky details, fairies, and an ice sculpture of dragons. The guests feasted on fantastical fare while they listened to the speeches given by the bridal party.

The dance floor opened up after Bridget and Matthew’s first Dance, and The Riverside Swing Band entertained guests with lessons on how to Swing Dance.

As Bearpath Weddubg Videographers in MN, we enjoyed filming Bridget and Matthew’s Bearpath Country Club Wedding. The venue is breathtaking, and the staff is organized and great. We love all the great opportunities the course provides for backdrops for footage.
